In what locations do you serve clients?

We primarily serve clients in downtown Chicago at their businesses, organizations or homes. We also serve virtual clients in any location. If you are located in the Chicago area, but not downtown, we may still be able to help you at your location depending on availability. Feel free to contact us!

How much does it cost to work with you?

We provide options for hourly rates, project-based rates and custom packages. All of those are based on your specific needs. Feel free to contact us for your free phone consultation so we can learn more about you and get an idea for what you need. 

Do you have any promotions or special deals for new clients?

We offer a free 30 minute phone consultation for all potential new clients. We also offer a discount on future sessions if you refer us to someone else and they sign up for at least one paid session with us. Contact us for more details.

Do I have to participate in this process or can you just do the work for me?

The short answer is you need to be involved in the process. The long answer is that we set clear expectations up-front, including what we will do and what you will need to do in order to meet your goals. There may be times when you just need to be present while we help work through specific parts of your project. There are other times when you need to be a part of the process, especially since any final decisions are yours.

How long should it take to get more productive and organized?

The answer to this is VERY specific to what your current situation is, what type of help you need and your timeline and budget. We can customize a package to suit your needs.

Can you refer me to someone else if I need help in something you don't specialize in?
